Yes, you can schedule regular visits with Big Tree Gardeners. We offer flexible maintenance plans to suit your needs, whether you require weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits. During our initial consultation, we will discuss your preferences and the specific needs of your garden to create a tailored maintenance schedule.
What is the hourly rate?
Our hourly rate for gardening work is £32.50 +VAT. Please note that the cost of plants and materials is additional and will be quoted separately based on your specific needs. Waste removal is charged at £7.50 +VAT per bulk bag and £3.75 +VAT per half bulk bag.
How does the billing work?
Our invoice cycle is on the 15th of each month. We only invoice for the hours we work, ensuring you are never charged for any hours not completed. If we are unable to work a scheduled booking or have to cut short a booking, you will not be billed for those hours.
What are your payment options?
We accept payment by bank transfer for one-off visits. For regular scheduled work, we offer the convenience of Direct Debit. This ensures a seamless and hassle-free payment process for our ongoing services.
